It occurred to me that I recieve a load of emails, which can all be answered through a FAQ page.  So, here we go!

1.  When will my kutte arrive?

- It will arrive when it does.  We ask for at MINIMUM sixteen weeks.  That is not a maxiumum. 

How the process works:  We order kutten from a Levi's/ Wrangler manufacturing plant.  They begin to build your kutte.  Panels get base embroidery.  Panels get put together into a jacket.  Once 150 to 200 are put together, they are shipped to Colorado.  These are then personalized at a local embroidery service.  They are then packaged and shipped out to you, by hand. 

Due to all of the above steps, any time there is a delay in any step, it slows everything down.  This can be everything from trade disputes to pandemics.

2.  Don't you have a load of people working/ Isn't this your job?

-  No.  There's a team of two of us that do the majority of the work.  Occasionally a local chapter member will assist.  All of this work takes place after our forty or more hour per weeks day jobs.  In other words, please be patient that orders take a bit.  We have families and friends and do not want to work every waking hour of every day.

3.  Why are you not responding to my email?

- Please read the above.

4.  Well, I placed an order, and I want it as soon as possible.  I want a refund.

-  We have a zero refund policy.  Zero.  By ordering from us, you understand that we're not an Amazon fulfillment location.  We will get your order out as soon as possible, but due to the above mentioned situations, it will be when we can get it out.  

5.  Why am I not special?

Please look at the number of members that are on www.turbojugend.org.  It's not that you aren't special, you just are not any more special than the other members there.
